Patek Philippe HR Administrative Manager

- Manage all administrative documents related to the employee lifecycle for a workforce exceeding 400 individuals, including onboarding, transfers, exits, work certificates, permits, and maternity follow-up.
- Oversee the integration process for new employees and ensure its smooth execution.
- Provide administrative support in the implementation of HR processes.
- Inform and advise employees on procedures and practices related to HR policies.
- Collaborate closely with HR Partners in executing HR strategy.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement processes by identifying areas for enhancement and proposing suitable solutions.
- CFC Commerce, Commercial Maturity, or equivalent, HR Certificate.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Expertise in SAP HR, with knowledge of SuccessFactors and UKG being advantageous.
- Fluency in French.
- Strong numerical and writing skills.
- Competence in planning, coordination, cooperation, and agile learning.
- Strong internal client orientation and a personable demeanor.
A minimum of three years in a comparable position is required.
CFC Commerce, Commercial Maturity, or equivalent, HR Certificate.
