Patek Philippe HR Administrative Manager

- Manage all administrative documents related to the employee lifecycle for a workforce of over 400, including onboarding, transfers, exits, work certificates, permits, and maternity follow-ups.
- Oversee the integration process for new employees and ensure its smooth execution.
- Provide administrative support in the implementation of HR processes.
- Inform and advise employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate closely with HR Partners to implement HR strategies.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement processes by identifying areas for enhancement and proposing suitable solutions.
- CFC Commerce, Commercial Maturity, or equivalent, HR Certificate.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Mastery of SAP HR; knowledge of SuccessFactors and UKG is an advantage.
- Fluency in French.
- Numerical and writing proficiency.
- Skills in planning, coordination, cooperation, and agile learning.
- Strong internal customer orientation and a personable demeanor.
A minimum of three years in a comparable position is required, demonstrating expertise in HR administrative functions.
CFC Commerce, Commercial Maturity, or equivalent, HR Certificate.
