1. Draft reports, minutes, and various correspondence.
2. Verify data during the entry of new records in SAP.
3. Develop statistics related to activities such as OFS and ANM.
4. Organize and track IS forms and LPP choices.
5. Prepare, monitor, and verify AVS, IS, and insurance invoices.
6. Prepare payroll: enter IJ in SAP, calculate bonuses, and collect documents for verification.
7. Handle post-payroll tasks: print and send payslips, prepare source tax invoices by canton, verify AVS invoices.
8. Address daily employee requests such as salary slips and CIS.

1. CFC Commerce, Commercial Maturity, or equivalent, HR Certificate.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.

1. Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
2. Proficiency in SAP ERP.
3. Strong numerical and writing skills.
4. Attention to detail, precision, and analytical mindset.
5. Strong internal customer orientation and friendly personality.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.

CFC Commerce, Commercial Maturity, or equivalent, HR Certificate.
