Patek Philippe Compensation Administrative Manager

- Prepare payroll by entering data into SAP, calculating bonuses, and collecting necessary documents for verification.
- Manage post-payroll activities including printing and dispatching pay slips, preparing source tax invoices by canton, and verifying AVS invoices.
- Address daily employee requests such as salary certificates and CIS documentation.
- Verify data accuracy during the entry of new records into SAP.
- Develop statistics related to the department's activities, including OFS reports.
- Organize and monitor IS forms and LPP choices.
- Prepare, track, and verify AVS, IS, and insurance invoices.
- Draft reports, meeting minutes, and various correspondence.
- CFC Commerce, Commercial Maturity, or equivalent, with an HR Certificate.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Expertise in SAP ERP.
- Strong numerical and writing skills.
- Attention to detail, precision, and analytical mindset.
- Strong internal client orientation and personable demeanor.
A minimum of three years in a similar position, demonstrating proficiency in administrative compensation management.
CFC Commerce, Commercial Maturity, or equivalent, with an HR Certificate.
