Patek Philippe Exhibition and Events Project Manager

- Coordinate the Watches and Wonders 2026 project and subsequent editions, including planning and managing the setup and dismantling of stands, and assessing annual maintenance and investment needs.
- Ensure comprehensive coordination with all internal and external participants, including scheduling, organizing events at the stand during the exhibition, and managing catering, floral arrangements, and decorations.
- Provide operational and logistical support for event and exhibition projects, coordinating schedules and travel master lists for teams in collaboration with internal services and the organizing market.
- Develop and implement new thematic event concepts, including the development and production of exhibition materials, tools, and guidelines necessary for the execution of event concepts or projects.
- Organize briefings and coordination sessions with various internal and external service providers.
- Support markets in organizing their local events, collecting and reporting best practices.
- Participate in the development of informational tools for distributors and direct markets, ensuring optimal use of developed materials.
- Manage budgets from purchase requests to invoice allocation, and establish provisions at the end of the fiscal year, monitoring stock levels related to activities to organize necessary productions and restocks.
- University degree or equivalent in event management, hospitality school, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with knowledge of the watchmaking or luxury sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and SAP; knowledge of SketchUp and/or Photoshop is an advantage.
- Proven project management skills.
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and diplomacy.
- Adaptability, stress management, and results-oriented mindset.
A minimum of 5 years in a similar role, preferably within the watchmaking or luxury sector.
University degree or equivalent in event management or hospitality.
