Patek Philippe Event Manager

- Develop action plans and communication strategies for the Geneva Salons in collaboration with the Salon Director.
- Manage and oversee the organization of events and budgets in alignment with management directives.
- Ensure project follow-up by supervising subcontractors and maintaining budgetary oversight during client events.
- Coordinate planning and reporting on completed actions, including projects, launches, events, and budgets, contributing to the mid-monthly reporting calendar.
- Organize 20 to 25 events annually, such as the annual client evening, collectors' dinner, arts and crafts exhibition, horological luncheons, workshops, and client visits to the PLO manufacture.
- Receive and guide VIP client visits, STEP 4 visits, quick service, or other Salon tours, coordinating with watchmakers and the Salon Director, and when necessary, the Museum.
- Organize Salon decorations and events during the holiday season.
- Propose new Salon events or VIP gifts.
- Participate in organizing various events related to Salon clientele, ensuring the hosting of events on the fifth floor of the Salons.
- Ensure effective communication regarding event details to the entire team and Salon Management, including sending invitations, client lists, and event participation.
- Supervise, in agreement with the Salon Director and in collaboration with the sales team, the preparation of appropriate guest lists for events, and coordinate their editing and data updates.
- Maintain relationships with the network of service providers and the Plan-les-Ouates manufacture, including the Catering teams, International Client Service Watchmakers, and Commercial Training members.
- Act as a company ambassador at internal or external events upon request from management.
- Federal Certificate of Specialist in Public Relations or a degree from a specialized communication school (or equivalent).
- 10 years of experience in public relations, team management, and project management within the scope.
- Excellent technical and historical knowledge of the brand and its products.
- Organizational and coordination abilities with project management skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal and diplomatic skills for quality interaction with discussion groups (journalists, clients, media).
- Essential language skills (French/English, additional languages are an asset).
- Excellent presentation skills.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in public relations, including team and project management.
Federal Certificate of Specialist in Public Relations or equivalent communication degree.
