Patek Philippe Event Manager

- Develop action plans and communication strategies for the Geneva Salons in collaboration with the Salon Director.
- Manage and oversee the organization and budget of high-level events, ensuring alignment with management directives.
- Supervise project execution for client events, including subcontractor management and budget tracking.
- Coordinate planning and reporting of projects, launches, events, and budgets, contributing to the mid-monthly event calendar.
- Organize 20 to 25 events annually, including the annual client evening, collectors' dinner, arts and crafts exhibition, horological luncheons, workshops, and client visits to the PLO manufacture.
- Receive and guide VIP client visits, coordinating with watchmakers and the Salon Director, and manage museum visits as needed.
- Organize Salon decorations and events during the festive season.
- Propose new Salon events or VIP gifts.
- Participate in organizing various client-related events, particularly on the fifth floor of the Salons.
- Ensure effective communication about events to the entire team and Salon management, including invitations and client lists.
- Collaborate with the Salon Director and sales team to curate and update guest lists for events.
- Maintain relationships with service providers and the Plan-les-Ouates manufacture, including catering teams, international client service watchmakers, and commercial training members.
- Act as a company ambassador at internal and external events upon request.
- Federal Certificate in Public Relations or a degree from a specialized communication school (or equivalent).
- 10 years of experience in public relations, team management, and project management within the scope.
- Excellent technical and historical knowledge of the brand and products.
- Organizational and coordination skills with project management expertise.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal and diplomatic abilities.
- Proficiency in French and English; additional languages are an asset.
- Impeccable presentation skills.
A decade of experience in public relations, including team and project management, is required.
Federal Certificate in Public Relations or equivalent communication degree.
