As part of the esteemed division Métiers d’Art, Patek Philippe offers a unique opportunity to work within its specialized enamelling workshop, alongside other ateliers dedicated to engraving, marquetry, guilloché, jewelry, and finishing. This environment fosters a culture of precision, artistry, and innovation, making it an ideal setting for artisans dedicated to their craft.
- Decorate watches and horological components using appropriate techniques to achieve desired results as per design specifications.
- Master various enamelling techniques including monochrome enamel, gradient application, cloisonné, grisaille, miniature painting, Geneva enamels, and Plique-à-jour.
- Propose artistic creations incorporating innovative techniques in enamel work.
- Participate in product sessions and product/process development meetings, providing artistic and technical expertise to guide enamelling decisions.
- Provide training in enamelling techniques, clearly describing and justifying operational methods.
- Participate in demonstration activities during Patek Philippe events and internal demonstrations for retailers and distributors.
- Training in enamelling, CFC or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong artistic sensitivity and interest in other art métiers.
- Ability to communicate effectively on multi-technique art métiers subjects.
- Capability to impart knowledge through training and demonstrations.
- Receptive to feedback with the ability to self-reflect and adapt.

A minimum of 3 to 5 years in a similar enamelling role is required.
Training in enamelling, CFC or equivalent.
