1. Decorate watches and horological components using appropriate techniques to achieve desired results as per design specifications.
2. Master various enamelling techniques including monochrome enamel, gradient application, cloisonné, grisaille, miniature painting, Geneva enamels, and Plique-à-jour.
3. Propose artistic creations incorporating innovative techniques in enamel work.
4. Participate in product sessions and product/process development meetings, providing artistic and technical expertise to guide enamelling decisions.
5. Provide training in enamelling techniques, clearly describing and justifying operational methods.
6. Participate in demonstration activities during Patek Philippe events and internal demonstrations for retailers and distributors.

1. Training in enamelling, CFC or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Strong artistic sensitivity and interest in other art métiers.
4. Ability to communicate effectively on multi-technique art métiers subjects.
5. Capability to impart knowledge through training and demonstrations.
6. Receptive to feedback with the ability to self-reflect and adapt.
