- Plan, coordinate, and implement the annual event plan for direct markets.
- Enhance event activities in direct markets by managing preparation and execution.
- Analyze current concepts and support the development of new projects, particularly for mono-brand boutiques.
- Communicate market insights to elevate customer experience and propose specific activation plans.
- Integrate event activities into a global strategy involving international distribution subsidiaries.
- Conduct competitive analysis within direct markets and present quarterly reports on relevant competitor initiatives.
- Prepare annual plans by country and retailer in coordination with the Distribution Manager and Area Managers.
- Maintain operational links with the Exhibitions and Merchandising team to ensure successful event planning and execution.
- Ensure local presence at events with frequent travel and direct retailer engagement.
- Develop necessary documentation for coordinated and transversal event organization.
- Organize planning, coordination, and follow-up meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate feedback on desired improvements in event themes and materials.
- Establish and validate event budgets, reconcile post-event finances, and manage invoices and provisions.
- Execute special projects or tasks as assigned by the superior.
- Provide backup support for commercial assistants during absences.
- Manage retailer orders, address customer inquiries, and welcome clients in a backup capacity.
- Develop and maintain personalized client relationships.
- Respond to inquiries from various regional offices.
- Participate in product information sessions and communication plans as requested.
- University degree in Commerce or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role with a strong operational focus.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills with a keen interest in numerical analysis.
- Solid product knowledge and technical understanding.
- Excellent interpersonal and diplomatic skills with strong coordination abilities.
- Proactive approach with a focus on recommendations and solutions.
A minimum of 5 years in a similar operationally-focused role is required.
University degree in Commerce or equivalent.
