- Coordinate and deploy international digital media campaigns for corporate, museum, retailer, and special events.
- Support the coordination of digital campaigns between agencies, media, and local markets, ensuring timely delivery of creative materials and proper campaign implementation.
- Advise on digital implementations, media best practices, benchmarks, and budgetary considerations, recommending optimizations based on results.
- Define and monitor KPIs for offline and online media, including productivity metrics, planning, and reporting on projects, launches, and events.
- Independently draft post-campaign reports and recommend optimizations to enhance campaign performance.
- Oversee agreements and negotiations with local and international media.
- Provide specific support to retailers on digital campaigns across search engines, social media, and other media types, analyzing results and consolidating best practices.
- Support budget tracking and invoicing using SAP.
- University degree or equivalent recognized qualification.
- 3-5 years of experience in a media agency role focused on media buying/management and productivity.
- Proficiency in marketing and communication techniques.
- Experience in international and local media planning and buying.
- Experience in statistical analysis and quantitative reporting.
- Statistical analysis of digital media.
- Familiarity with digital media tools (Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Social Media, Google Ads, Programmatic, Display, CTV, Native Content, etc.).
- Project management skills.
- Fluency in English at minimum B2 – C1 level (bilingual preferred).
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.

- Planning and coordination skills.
3-5 years in a media agency role focused on media buying and management.
University degree or equivalent recognized qualification.
