1. University degree or Federal Certificate in adult education.
2. Proven experience as a Trainer, ideally in watchmaking or luxury sectors.
3. Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written; additional languages are a significant asset.
4. Strong understanding of market dynamics and local specificities to effectively communicate with distributors and retailers.

1. Proficiency in LMS platforms and standard office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
2. Enthusiastic, pedagogical, and approachable with excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Diplomatic and comfortable in multicultural interactions, team-oriented, and proactive.

Demonstrated success in a training role, preferably within the horology or luxury industry.

University degree or Federal Certificate in adult education.
