1. Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, volumes, and quality requirements with suppliers.
2. Establish purchase contracts incorporating all necessary technical, legal, and economic guarantees.
3. Monitor costs and purchasing budgets across the portfolio.
4. Manage the lifecycle of orders: validating purchase requests, creating orders, receiving, and invoicing.
5. Identify new suppliers that meet the company's needs within the assigned purchasing category.
6. Evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, performance, capacity, financial stability, and adherence to deadlines.
7. Develop a reliable supplier panel and maintain long-term relationships with strategic partners.
8. Conduct regular benchmarks to compare market offers in terms of price, technicality, and capabilities.
9. Collaborate closely with internal teams (logistics, production, quality, R&D, commercial) to anticipate needs and ensure optimal coordination.
10. Implement performance indicators and monitor results qualitatively and quantitatively.
11. Audit and support suppliers to enhance their performance and align them with Patek Philippe SA standards.
12. Conduct regular supplier visits to manage priorities, delays, forecasts, or capacity needs.
13. Ensure compliance with the origin of purchased items (preferential and non-preferential) in connection with Patek Philippe SA's authorized exporter status.
14. Ensure the implementation of the purchasing strategy and adherence to contractual commitments and company values.

1. Engineering degree or equivalent, with a specialization in Purchasing.

1. Expertise in negotiation techniques and a strong understanding of logistics flows.
2. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and office tools (MS Office).
3. Fluency in French and English (C1 level), both spoken and written.
4. Analytical mindset, autonomy, service orientation, complexity management, client and results orientation.

5 to 10 years of experience in marketing, media, advertising, or customer experience purchasing within the luxury sector, ideally in watchmaking.

Engineering degree or equivalent, with a specialization in Purchasing.
