1. Perform complete simple adjustments on Kern and Witech machines.
2. Load and unload machines efficiently.
3. Flatten and deburr components as required.
4. Inspect components throughout the production process.
5. Identify, propose, and implement continuous improvement actions.
6. Maintain production tools and organize the workstation according to Patek Philippe and 5S standards.

1. AFP in mechanical or micromechanical specialization or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in CNC turning and milling machines (3-axis) with Num, Fanuc, and Heidenhain controls.
2. Excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
3. Ability to learn quickly and collaborate effectively.
4. Capability to manage complexity, uncertainty, and ambiguity.

1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

AFP in mechanical or micromechanical specialization or equivalent.
