1. Plan and oversee the production schedule for the Sequential Assembly Workshop of Caliber 240 movements, ensuring adherence to Patek Philippe's quality standards.
2. Lead, supervise, and guide the team to meet production goals.
3. Enhance workshop activities and operational processes in collaboration with support services.
4. Foster team development and versatility, promoting core Patek Philippe values.
5. Define and monitor individual performance expectations.
6. Participate in the recruitment process for new team members.
7. Ensure compliance with quality criteria, assembly instructions, and established procedures.

1. CFC Horloger de Production or equivalent diploma.
2. 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar team management role.

1. Proficiency in production management.
2. Competency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
3. Strong decision-making and organizational skills.
4. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage stress effectively.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Analytical and synthesis skills.
7. Team spirit, respect, and kindness.

1 to 3 years in a similar team management position within the watchmaking industry.

CFC Horloger de Production or equivalent diploma.
