1. Plan, organize, coordinate, and supervise the Sequential Assembly Workshop for Caliber 240 movements in alignment with production plans and Patek Philippe's quality standards.
2. Lead and guide the team to ensure the production plan is met.
3. Enhance workshop activities and operational processes in collaboration with support services.
4. Foster team development and versatility, adhering to Patek Philippe's core values.
5. Define and monitor individual expectations for team members.
6. Participate in the recruitment of new team members.
7. Ensure adherence to quality criteria, assembly instructions, and established procedures.

1. CFC in Production Watchmaking or equivalent diploma.
2. 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar team management role.
3. Knowledge of production management is desirable.

1. Proficiency in office tools (MS Office); knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
2. Proactive, autonomous with decision-making and organizational skills.
3. Ability to prioritize urgent tasks and manage stress.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a good sense of listening.
5. Rigor, adaptability, analytical and synthesis skills.
6. Team spirit, respect, and benevolence.

1 to 3 years of experience in a similar team management role within the watchmaking industry.

CFC in Production Watchmaking or equivalent diploma.
