- Conduct thorough analyses of registry extract orders to ensure information accuracy and consistency.
- Prepare registry extracts and verify data precision prior to dispatch.
- Identify relevant archival sources to support historical data enrichment.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to fulfill information requests.
- Contribute to projects related to historical archives and public relations activities.
- Bachelor's degree in information management, commercial administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5 to 10 years of professional experience in documentation, client file management, or technical support, preferably in horology, jewelry, or auction houses.
- Proficiency in standard office software and digital communication tools.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are advantageous.
- In-depth technical knowledge of both modern and vintage horology.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Customer and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage sensitive data with discretion.
5 to 10 years of experience in documentation, client file management, or technical support, ideally within the horology, jewelry, or auction sectors.
Bachelor's degree in information management, commercial administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
