1. Oversee activities related to the assembly of additional watch mechanisms, including the Annual Calendar, World Time, Dual Time Zone, and Moon Phases.
2. Organize and lead workshop activities in alignment with planning to achieve results while maintaining quality and deadlines.
3. Support, motivate, and develop the team to enhance performance.
4. Guide team members in managing individual and team performance, promoting necessary training and initiatives for optimal team performance, learning, and development.
5. Participate in cross-divisional and intra-divisional projects.

1. CFC in Watchmaking or equivalent.
2. Technician Diploma ES in Microtechnology with a focus on Watch Design or equivalent diploma.
3. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
4. Previous management experience preferred.
5. Expertise in watchmaking.

1. Proficiency in office tools (MS Office).
2. Ability to supervise and unite a team around a common goal.
3. Strong communication skills and active listening to facilitate engaging sessions.
4. Focus on production objectives (quantity and quality) while considering internal and final customer service.
5. Production and field orientation.
6. Proactive with decision-making and organizational capabilities.
7. Rigorous, adaptable, with analytical and synthesis skills.

A minimum of 3 to 5 years in a similar role, with prior management experience preferred.

CFC in Watchmaking or Technician Diploma ES in Microtechnology with a focus on Watch Design.
