Patek Philippe Additional Mechanisms Supervisor

- Oversee activities related to the assembly of additional watch mechanisms, including the Annual Calendar, World Time, Dual Time Zone, and Moon Phases.
- Organize and lead workshop activities in alignment with planning to achieve results while maintaining quality and deadlines.
- Support, motivate, and develop the team to enhance performance.
- Guide team members in managing individual and team performance, promoting necessary training and initiatives for optimal team performance, learning, and development.
- Participate in cross-divisional and intra-divisional projects.
- CFC in Watchmaking or equivalent.
- Technician Diploma ES in Microtechnology with a focus on Watch Design or equivalent diploma.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Previous management experience preferred.
- Expertise in watchmaking.
- Proficiency in office tools (MS Office).
- Ability to supervise and unite a team around a common goal.
- Strong communication skills and active listening to facilitate engaging sessions.
- Focus on production objectives (quantity and quality) while considering internal and final customer service.
- Production and field orientation.
- Proactive with decision-making and organizational capabilities.
- Rigorous, adaptable, with analytical and synthesis skills.
A minimum of 3 to 5 years in a similar role, with prior management experience preferred.
CFC in Watchmaking or Technician Diploma ES in Microtechnology with a focus on Watch Design.
