Givenchy Store Manager

- Manage and achieve various sales targets within the store.
- Lead employees in the correct execution of store SOP processes, including daily operations, inventory management, cashier standards, opening and closing procedures, and service protocols.
- Guide store employees in the execution of promotional plans.
- Develop sales plans for the store, analyze and complete various sales reports.
- Lead store employees in maintaining and upholding the brand image, ensuring personal appearance aligns with brand standards.
- Collect market and competitor information.
- Effectively and reasonably arrange monthly and daily store schedules.
- Regularly coach and assess employees' professional skills to enhance performance.
- Foster a team atmosphere of unity and cooperation.
- Regularly evaluate employees' performance and develop employee growth plans.
- Ensure store employees pass all training assessments.
- Ensure customer information is complete and effective.
- Provide after-sales service, proactively and promptly understanding customer needs and feedback.
- Regularly communicate with customers and establish positive relationships.
- Handle customer objections effectively.
- At least 3 years of experience as a store manager in the retail industry, preferably in a premium brand or 5-star hotel management, or the cosmetics industry.
- Presentable appearance with good facial features and skin quality.
- Outgoing personality with strong affinity and high sensitivity to luxury products.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in office software.
