1. Manage and achieve various sales targets within the store.
2. Lead employees in the correct execution of store SOP processes, including daily operations, inventory management, cashier standards, opening and closing procedures, and service protocols.
3. Guide store employees in the execution of promotional plans.
4. Develop sales plans for the store, analyze and complete various sales reports.
5. Lead store employees in maintaining and upholding the brand image, ensuring personal appearance aligns with brand standards.
6. Collect market and competitor information.
7. Effectively and reasonably arrange monthly and daily store schedules.
8. Regularly coach and assess employees' professional skills to enhance performance.
9. Foster a team atmosphere of unity and cooperation.
10. Regularly evaluate employees' performance and develop employee growth plans.
11. Ensure store employees pass all training assessments.
12. Ensure customer information is complete and effective.
13. Provide after-sales service, proactively and promptly understanding customer needs and feedback.
14. Regularly communicate with customers and establish positive relationships.
15. Handle customer objections effectively.

1. At least 3 years of experience as a store manager in the retail industry, preferably in a premium brand or 5-star hotel management, or the cosmetics industry.
2. Presentable appearance with good facial features and skin quality.
3. Outgoing personality with strong affinity and high sensitivity to luxury products.
4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
5. Strong computer skills and proficiency in office software.
