Senior Product Manager - Makeup

LVMH Fragrance Brands encompasses two iconic beauty houses: Parfums Givenchy and KENZO Parfums. These houses share unique expertise and heritage in three areas: fragrance, makeup, and skincare. 1. Contribute to the development of a three-year plan with strategic and disruptive recommendations for franchise development.
2. Identify development opportunities by analyzing the performance of product lines, competitors, and market trends.
3. Define and ensure the development of products (formula, packaging, pricing, profitability) as the main contact for various departments (laboratory, technical development, purchasing, financial control, etc.).
4. Ensure the development and coherence of 360-degree elements supporting product launches (communication, point of sale materials, training, digital, consumer experience, etc.).
5. Proactively manage and monitor the allocated budget.

1. Higher education (Master's degree in business school or equivalent university degree).
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in international luxury product development marketing, ideally in the beauty sector.
3. Fluent in English and French.

3. Analytical and synthesis skills.
4. Teamwork capability.

Minimum 3 years in international luxury product development marketing, ideally in the beauty sector.

Higher education (Master's degree in business school or equivalent university degree).

Hybrid work model with up to 2 days of remote work per week.
