1. Develop digital content and product launch activations in alignment with brand DNA across all digital platforms including Social Media, Brand Website, e-Commerce, e-Retail, and CRM.
2. Manage project briefs with agencies, oversee asset creation and production, and ensure digital content and guidelines are available for markets.
3. Support and assist local markets in their digital activations.
4. Coordinate daily with internal teams including Marketing Development, Media, Social Media, and e-Business teams.
5. Prepare presentations and documents for various meetings.
6. Contribute to defining the 360° digital launch and activation strategy according to the brand's marketing plans.
7. Analyze competition and internal feedback to continuously challenge digital content creation.
8. Identify new trends and innovations in the sector.

1. Business or engineering school education (or equivalent university degree) with a specialization in digital.
2. First experience in a digital agency or company, ideally in an international environment and in the beauty or luxury sector.

1. Digital knowledge and mastery of the worldwide digital ecosystem.
2. Understanding of the Chinese digital ecosystem is a plus.
3. Mastery of online awareness, engagement, and conversion levers.
4. Rigor, organization, and creativity.
5. Ability to take initiative and be proactive.
6. Ability to manage projects independently.
7. Team player.
8. Fluent in English.

Entry-level experience required.

Business or engineering school education (or equivalent university degree) with a specialization in digital.

Hybrid work model with up to 2 days of remote work per week.
