Brand Event Product Manager
LVMH Fragrance Brands encompasses two iconic beauty houses: Parfums Givenchy and KENZO Parfums. These houses share unique expertise and heritage in three areas: fragrance, makeup, and skincare. - Develop the strategy and 3-year innovation plan for key promotional periods: Mother's Day, Father's Day, Summer
- Manage the assortment of promotional gift sets for campaigns such as Mother's Day, Father's Day, Summer, Travel Retail, and other market requests
- Create innovative and distinctive animation concepts aligned with the brand image and collaborate closely with internal and external services for their deployment
- Develop visuals, conduct photoshoots for gift sets, and prepare presentations for markets and top management
- Collaborate with operational marketing and expert functions to create impactful 360-degree communication elements
- Oversee the development of promotional gift sets and Art of Gifting elements from briefing to market launch
- Manage the development of initiatives ensuring profitability, revenue, quality, portfolio optimization, and time-to-market
- Analyze market performance and conduct ongoing competitive analysis to inform creative strategies
- Work closely with regional managers and markets
- Develop and monitor budgets
- Co-manage an intern assisting with these responsibilities
- Advanced degree (BAC+5 business school or equivalent university)
- First experience in international luxury product marketing development, preferably in the fragrance industry
- Fluent in French and English
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Strong interpersonal skills to unite teams and present projects effectively
- Creativity and trend awareness with a strong aesthetic sense
- Affinity for fashion and arts
- Awareness of purchasing and eco-design issues
- Analytical and strategic thinking for 3 to 5-year plans
- Proactive, reactive, and flexible
- Teamwork oriented
Minimum 3 years
Advanced degree (BAC+5 business school or equivalent university)
Hybrid work model with up to 2 days of remote work per week
