- Oversee daily office operations, including facilities maintenance and repairs.
- Serve as the primary contact for facilities-related issues, coordinating with building management and vendors.
- Manage vendor requests and building requests through the property management portal.
- Coordinate conference room bookings and general office scheduling.
- Act as the in-person contact for office needs and inquiries.
- Monitor and stock office supplies.
- Coordinate food deliveries and catering for special events.
- Manage vendor accounts and invoices, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Assist in preparing office areas for new hires and conduct office tours during orientation.
- Place service calls for equipment maintenance and manage offsite document shredding.
- Manage reservations for the Dior Café and assist with the onsite Barista service.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist with internal relocations and special projects as needed.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role within the prestige fashion, fragrance, or beauty industry.
- Strong communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Proactive and responsible, requiring minimal direction.
- Professional, poised, and fashionable demeanor.
- French language skills are advantageous.
Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative capacity within the luxury fashion, fragrance, or beauty industry.
The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $30-$35, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
