- Prepare monthly reports tracking wholesale performance and key retailers for field teams and Wholesale France management.
- Create and update Power BI dashboards for sell-out analysis, market share, staff tracking, and strategic mapping.
- Develop summary reports on the performance of strategic retail locations.
- Conduct post-mortem analyses of key events and launches for commercial and marketing teams.
- Organize team meetings and seminars, including the preparation of presentation materials.
- Develop retail development plans to support field teams during store visits.
- Allocate promotional resources to field teams, including new products, gifts with purchase, and testers.
- Draft weekly newsletters for sales teams, encompassing marketing, logistics, and commercial updates.
- Provide operational support to sales teams, including training and process clarification.
- Pursuing a degree from a business school, with a BAC +4 or +5 level.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel is essential.
- Familiarity with Power BI is advantageous.
- A passion for the cosmetics and luxury sectors.
- Previous experience as a business analyst is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Entry-level experience is acceptable, with a preference for candidates who have previously worked as a business analyst.
