Christian Dior Visual Merchandising Project Assistant Intern

- Coordinate the operational orchestration of Visual Merchandising activations according to the Marketing animation plan.
- Ensure cross-functional coordination for the deployment of necessary tools for Visual Merchandising activations across Travel Retail Europe counters.
- Monitor and follow up on the implementation of brand vision expression at counters within the Travel Retail Europe zone.
- Collaborate closely with commercial and marketing teams of the Travel Retail Europe direction and external service providers.
- Consolidate Visual Merchandising guidelines.
- Support field teams during each launch by orchestrating and tracking the dispatch and installation of POSM.
- Respond to maintenance needs by consolidating requirements and ensuring the production and update of materials at counters.
- Update Visual Merchandising databases.
- Participate in campaign implementation to ensure an omnichannel experience and maintain the share of voice for iconic products during e-trade campaigns.
- Pursuing a Master's degree in Business School or equivalent program.
- Ideally, previous experience in Visual Merchandising and/or Trade Marketing.
- Structured, versatile, rigorous, flexible, and creative.
- Dynamic, proactive, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of design software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp, or Canvas is a plus.
Entry-level, ideally with some experience in the luxury cosmetics sector.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or related field.
