- Execute visual merchandising activities across fragrance, skincare, and makeup categories in Canada.
- Manage visual projects including in-store animations, primary visual weeks, and POSM launches.
- Support the creation and refinement of brand and product placement, ensuring consistent key messaging.
- Drive consistency and excellence in store aesthetics to reflect the brand's elevated image.
- Collaborate with business partners to maintain standards, including training and supporting field teams.
- Conduct visual merchandising training to support field execution and adapt plans to store needs.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and guidelines to support field teams.
- Ensure accurate forecasts and allocations of visual merchandising elements and manage POSM replenishment.
- Create, manage, and track purchase orders for local, US, and global vendors.
- Seek efficient processes and practices to maximize departmental efficiency and sustainability.
- Manage multiple visual merchandising projects simultaneously with precision and financial accountability.
- 5+ years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the luxury or premium retail sector.
- Experience in the beauty industry is preferred.
- Proven track record in driving brand elevation and retail excellence through visual merchandising.
- Experience with Sketchup 3D or equivalent is a plus; proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MAC is required.
- Excellent eye for design, detail, and quality with a deep understanding of brand aesthetics.
- Creative and strategic thinking with a passion for brand storytelling.
- Results-oriented with a focus on flawless execution and retail excellence.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Skilled at building relationships and driving cross-functional collaboration.
Minimum 5 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the luxury or premium retail sector.
LVMH Inc. provides market competitive pay with flexibility to recognize various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure. The salary range is $87,195.00 - $107,285.00, with potential for variation.
