Christian Dior Visual Merchandising Manager

- Supervise all on-counter updates from supplier bidding to installation, adhering to HQ guidelines while proposing locally relevant improvements.
- Manage novelty and basic forecasts, ensuring proper visual merchandising implementation at launch within budget constraints.
- Conduct training sessions for Beauty Consultants to enhance visual merchandising knowledge among the field team.
- Oversee counter and boutique refits and openings in collaboration with Regional and Central teams.
- Manage all market animations, including design and installation, in collaboration with Regional and Purchasing Teams.
- Ensure all store images and conditions are maintained to the highest standards.
- Lead sustainability projects, focusing on recycling, reusing, and sustainable disposal certification.
- Build, monitor, and analyze all KSA visual merchandising-related budgets, including animations, local production, maintenance, and POSM.
- Manage and develop a team comprising one Visual Merchandising Executive, one Visual Merchandising Supervisor, and six Field Visual Merchandisers.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders from HQ, regional and local teams, retailers, and suppliers.
- 7+ years of experience, preferably within the beauty and cosmetics industry.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to interpret merchandising guidelines and technical drawings.
- Team player with a solution-oriented mindset and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Structured with excellent attention to detail and a creative eye.
- Organized and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SketchUp and Adobe Suite is advantageous.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the beauty and cosmetics industry.
