1. Assist the Visual Merchandising Manager with regular counter launches throughout the year.
2. Support team with launches across the UK and pop-up events as needed.
3. Participate in project management from design to activation, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, timelines, and budgets.
4. Conduct weekly inspections of West-End and flagship stores to report on visual merchandising and maintenance issues.
5. Manage budget tracking, including raising purchase orders and handling supplier invoices.
6. Oversee POSM and tester order management.
7. Establish and maintain trackers for ROI and supplier cost analysis.
8. Perform monthly competitor analysis.
9. Collaborate effectively within the team.

Beginner level experience in visual merchandising or a related field is required.
