- Assist the Visual Merchandising Manager with regular counter launches throughout the year.
- Support team with launches across the UK and pop-up events as needed.
- Manage projects from design to activation, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, timelines, and budgets.
- Conduct weekly checks of West-End/Flagship stores to report on visual merchandising or maintenance issues.
- Manage the budget tracker, including raising purchase orders and processing supplier invoices.
- Oversee POSM and tester order management.
- Set up trackers for ROI and supplier cost analysis.
- Perform monthly competitor analysis.
- Collaborate effectively within the team.
- Strong organizational skills

- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Advanced Excel skills
- Numerical aptitude

Beginner level experience is acceptable, with a preference for some exposure to budget management.
