1. Assist in the development of local point of sale material with external suppliers, ensuring adherence to budgetary parameters and international guidelines.
2. Manage lightbox and video rollouts, including database maintenance and color matching.
3. Aid in planning visibility for product launches across Fragrance, Makeup, and Skincare categories.
4. Support the Visual Merchandising Manager in creating merchandising guidelines for launches and animations.
5. Maintain the budget tracker, manage purchase orders, and handle supplier invoices.
6. Conduct site surveys and assist with visual orders and merchandising of new counters and refits across the UK & Ireland.
7. Manage POSM orders.
8. Create planogramming information.
9. Define visual support requirements for internal and external meetings with the Visual Merchandising Manager.
10. Conduct regular field visits to ensure high standard visual implementation in stores.
