1. Develop local trade animations and point of sale material with external suppliers, ensuring alignment with brand image and budgetary constraints.
2. Create and disseminate Visual Merchandising Guidelines and planograms for new launches and animations to ensure consistent implementation.
3. Conduct regular reviews of visual merchandising activities, gathering feedback and compiling reports for headquarters.
4. Plan and order Point of Sale Materials (POSM) and testers for visual merchandising activities and new counter openings.
5. Fulfill lightbox and digital screen spreadsheets for launches and review artwork.
6. Monitor and address queries from the Area Manager team on the VM communication channel, reporting unresolved issues to the manager.
7. Coordinate local maintenance with external parties and the field team.
8. Perform regular field visits and attend key launch installations and new store openings.
9. Handle general administrative tasks and raise purchase orders.

1. Master's student seeking an end-study internship
2. Fluent in English; proficiency in Danish or French is advantageous

1. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of Adobe Suite and SketchUp
2. Excellent written and oral communication skills
3. Strong reporting skills with clarity and conciseness
4. Ability to act independently and implement VM plans
5. Methodical approach with acute attention to detail
6. Understanding of brand DNA and visual strategy
7. Creativity and design skills

Experience in visual merchandising is preferred, with knowledge of the luxury perfumes and cosmetics market.

Master's program enrollment required for internship credit.
