- Manage communication of new campaign materials, ensuring alignment with regional strategy and timely distribution to local teams.
- Oversee procurement, management, and distribution of Visual Merchandising assets, including visuals and content creation materials.
- Create and update planograms and VM simulations in accordance with Maison launches and priorities.
- Lead data collection and organization for the regional database of point-of-sale information.
- Handle local production of update elements, from briefing to installation and follow-up.
- Provide guidance and support to local teams, ensuring execution aligns with Maison strategy and standards.
- Collaborate with various teams to create VM books and POSM needs lists for new openings.
- Coordinate local production of VM elements, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Ensure all POSM elements are in stock and reach markets by the desired date.
- Supervise installations and ensure project completion within timelines.
- Manage novelty and basic forecasts, optimizing costs and aligning quantities with needs.
- Oversee VM POSM budget for each campaign, ensuring budget constraints are respected.
- Support markets on forecasted POSM issues and report to relevant teams.
- Develop and deliver training programs on VM principles and brand standards.
- 3+ years of Visual Merchandising experience, preferably in the beauty and cosmetics industry.
- Strong communication skills and a team player with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to read merchandising guidelines and technical drawings.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Attention to detail and a creative eye.
- Organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SketchUp and Adobe Suite is advantageous.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, ideally within the beauty and cosmetics sector.
