Parfums Christian Dior Visual Merchandising Coordinator

- Oversee the planning and implementation of soft merchandising elements for brand campaigns and product launches, ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual appeal.
- Manage visual changeovers, including production and installation, as well as video updates.
- Lead the design, production, and installation of trade projects, ensuring brand consistency and excellent execution across various platforms such as SPPs, HPPs, retailer decorations, events, and Sephora animations.
- Forecast materials for counter takeovers from Central and coordinate their implementation.
- Collaborate closely with product marketing, trade, sales, and in-store teams to optimize soft visual merchandising deployment in stores.
- Conduct regular store visits to evaluate soft visual merchandising execution, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and retailer requirements.
- Coordinate photography and manage OOH color proofs and captions revision.
- Perform administrative tasks such as purchase orders and display warehouse management.
- Maintain BrightSign screens.
- Experience in visual merchandising, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- Understanding of retail operations and consumer behavior.
- Ability to travel to store locations as needed.
- Strong creative problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Negotiation skills to effectively engage with vendors and suppliers.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and stay within budget.
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability for reporting.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably within a luxury retail environment.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or Graphic Design.
