1. Implement global merchandising strategy.
2. Adapt global strategy to market specifics.
3. Analyze Sell-Out and Sell-In data to tailor recommendations.
4. Oversee maintenance, investments, and billing processes.
5. Centralize and communicate key messages to Retail & Training teams.
6. Optimize category management based on point-of-sale and passenger typologies.
7. Coordinate and prepare sales cycles.
8. Create and maintain a database for visuals and videos.
9. Execute and monitor flagship and key point-of-sale merchandising.
10. Develop specific merchandising strategies for boutiques.
11. Ensure execution of planograms in alignment with assortments.

1. Student in Merchandising, Marketing, or Design.
2. Experience in Marketing or as a Business Analyst is advantageous.
3. Interest in luxury and Travel Retail industry.
4. Proficiency in English; a third language is a plus.

2. Excellent communication skills with both headquarters and field teams.
3. Customer-oriented with a focus on service and continuous improvement.
4. Team player with the ability to share ideas and build effective teams.

Beginner level experience in relevant fields such as merchandising, marketing, or design.

Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program.
