Parfums Christian Dior Visual Merchandising Assistant Manager

- Design, manage, and execute locally produced bespoke POSM for all DIOR launches.
- Manage allocation and budget of all POSM from international sources across all axes.
- Define action plans and timelines for major projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
- Determine project parameters through initial briefs from key internal stakeholders.
- Ensure project designs align with international visual guidelines and receive necessary validations.
- Collaborate with the Purchasing Team to select manufacturers offering optimal quality and price ratios.
- Monitor project pre-installation with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring timelines and budgets are respected.
- Control and manage project budgets, updating budget trackers and project specifications accordingly.
- Support refits and new launches in stores across the UK.
- Minimum of 5 years of merchandising experience in a similar environment.
- Good knowledge of the cosmetic market, including competitors, agencies, and retailers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand and defend the brand DNA.
- Proficiency in managing priorities and planning ahead.
- Results-oriented mindset.
- Creativity and aesthetic sense.
- Analytical skills.
- Budget management expertise.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in generic software such as PowerPoint and Excel.
- Knowledge of creative tools and software like Photoshop, InDesign, and SketchUp is advantageous.
A minimum of 5 years in merchandising within a similar environment is required.
