1. Support the implementation of VIP, Celebrity & Expert communication strategies with international subsidiaries, including pre-validation of castings and local activations, management of creative briefs, and distribution of visuals, guidelines, and moodboards.
2. Coordinate seeding and special mailings, including stock management, anticipation of product launch needs, product orders, and liaison with agencies and suppliers.
3. Participate in the organization of international events, including program development, transportation and accommodation coordination, guest list updates, and tracking of outcomes.
4. Contribute to fashion show organization, including talent reception, coordination of personalized in-room deliveries, organization of exclusive services, and product dispatch to makeup artists and manicurists.
5. Ensure content and post-production follow-up with providers and markets, leading to final validation.
6. Analyze outcomes and track rankings using Tribe Dynamics software, creating campaigns and reports for top management.
7. Monitor invoicing and budget management, including supplier account creation, monthly tracking, and follow-ups.
