1. Assist in implementing the VIP, Celebrity & Expert communication strategy across international subsidiaries, including pre-validation of castings and local activations.
2. Coordinate seeding and special dispatches, managing stock levels and liaising with agencies and suppliers.
3. Participate in organizing international events, including program development, logistics coordination, and guest list management.
4. Contribute to fashion show organization, including talent reception and coordination of exclusive services.
5. Ensure content and post-production follow-up with providers and markets until final approval.
6. Analyze media impact and track rankings using Tribe Dynamics, creating reports for top management.
7. Monitor invoicing and budget, including supplier account creation and monthly follow-ups.
