1. Oversee the full cycle of financial planning, including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and multi-year strategic plans.
2. Supervise monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closings, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal and external standards.
3. Formulate long-term business model analyses.
4. Serve as a trusted advisor to Comex members and senior leadership, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
5. Challenge and improve all financial processes including budgets, closings, CAPEX, and animations.
6. Lead ad hoc financial analyses and special projects to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making quality.
7. Build and maintain strong partnerships with all LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics brands operating in North America to ensure alignment and collaboration.
8. Lead, manage, and develop the Finance team at PCD by fostering a high-performance culture focused on accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

1. Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within multinational or consumer goods sectors.
2. Proven track record of leading teams and driving financial transformation initiatives.
3. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset.
4. Ability to foster business partnerships across maisons.
5. Travel required based on business needs.

LVMH Inc. provides market competitive pay with flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure. The salary range is $210,000.00 - $280,000.00, with the possibility of paying outside this range.
