1. Oversee all treasury functions, including credit management, cash forecasting, and banking relationships.
2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize cash flow and mitigate financial risks.
3. Manage credit limits and communicate with credit insurance providers.
4. Develop and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts.
5. Monitor cash positions and ensure adequate liquidity.
6. Manage relationships with banks and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
7. Maintain a strong internal control environment and support audits.
8. Responsible for treasury-related reporting and assist with budgeting and forecasting.

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
2. 5+ years of progressive experience in treasury management.
3. Strong knowledge of financial principles and treasury operations.
4. Experience in the beauty, luxury goods, or consumer products industry is a plus.

1. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
2. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in treasury management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in treasury management, with a focus on credit management, cash forecasting, and banking relations.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Salary range: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
