- Develop and implement structured procurement processes to optimize the Transport portfolio management.
- Create and automate tools for monitoring and mapping the procurement portfolio, including suppliers, expense categories, and performance indicators.
- Contribute to the structuring and harmonization of procurement practices within the team.
- Assist Transport buyers in managing tenders, analyzing offers, and preparing reports.
- Participate in data consolidation and continuous improvement of existing tools.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (logistics, finance, supply chain) to enhance information flow and collective efficiency.
- Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school with a specialization in Procurement, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
- Looking for a final-year internship lasting 6 months.
- Autonomy, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and a keen interest in data and information systems.
- Strong analytical skills and a penchant for structuring information.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Curiosity, autonomy, and proactivity.
- Ability to propose improvements and an interest in environmental, logistical, and sustainable performance issues.
