1. Lead the continuous improvement of processes and tools for Beauty subsidiaries on SAP and PCD HQ.
2. Provide support for recently deployed transversal solutions.
3. Participate in the design, validation, and deployment phases of new solutions and/or evolutions.
4. Lead the deployment of Finance transformation projects using a Core Model/Blueprint approach.
5. Support teams in change management.
6. Act as a backup for the team's IT expert for recurring tasks.
7. Collaborate actively with various Finance teams within LVMH Beauty, Beauty Tech, and the Master Data department.

1. Master's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance within a multinational environment.
3. Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

1. In-depth knowledge of distribution company processes, preferably in the Beauty sector.
2. Strong understanding of financial processes, including accounting, Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, and management control.
3. Proficiency in ERP systems, specifically SAP ECC (SAP S4 is a plus), and BI tools at a user level.
4. Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
5. System-oriented mindset.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance, collaborating with various teams in a multinational setting. Demonstrated operational contribution in both daily tasks and improvement initiatives.

Master's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
