1. Assist in the planning, execution, and implementation of the annual training plan across various business areas, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and local market needs.
2. Contact clients to invite them to training courses, confirm attendance, and manage final attendee lists.
3. Input attendee data into a local database on a weekly basis.
4. Track training costs and expenses, maintaining up-to-date records.
5. Manage and control various materials required for training sessions.
6. Liaise with vendors for the development of training materials.
7. Send necessary materials for training courses and organize warehouse storage.
8. Coordinate with travel agencies for the organization of courses or events, including sending tickets to clients.
9. Reserve rooms and organize Christian Dior courses held in the office.
10. Provide logistical support to the international team for the organization and coordination of training materials.
11. Set up new vendors in the system.
12. Create Purchase Orders (POs), adjust them as needed, and process goods receipts (MIGO).

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Events Management. A Master’s degree is considered a plus.
2. Possibility of signing an agreement with a university for at least 6 months, full-time.

2. Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English.
3. Attention to detail and strong management skills.
4. Organizational skills and a sense of urgency.
5. Knowledge of digital/IT software for the development of training materials and presentations.
6. Sensitivity to the luxury and beauty sector.
7. High proficiency in Excel.

Previous professional experience is considered a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Events Management.
