1. Organize and manage training sessions, including creating weekly schedules for trainers and developing logistical plans.
2. Coordinate and manage training product orders, stock levels, and distribution.
3. Input training registrations into the database and maintain accurate records.
4. Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of training activities, including benchmarking training venues in France and monthly reporting on training performance indicators.
5. Serve as the main point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, including booking training venues, liaising with logistics providers, and coordinating with off-payroll agencies and the Dior International Training Center.

1. Strong organizational, analytical, and prioritization skills in a dynamic environment.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

4. Higher education degree from a business school or university.
