1. Coordinate and maintain the Dior Beauty Advisor database, ensuring timely updates.
2. Develop and manage an online registration tool for training sessions.
3. Support event management, including logistics for major training events.
4. Manage the Learning App back office, including registration and data management.
5. Analyze Learning App data using Power BI to identify areas for improvement.
6. Assist trainers with translation needs.
7. Coordinate and distribute local printing of training tools.
8. Oversee training material logistics, including planning, ordering, and delivery.
9. Manage equipment necessary for training sessions.
10. Prepare and dispatch training support materials to sales points.

1. Fluency in French and English, with proficiency in German.
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

1. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
2. Interest in digital platforms and social media knowledge.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

No prior professional experience required, but a minimum of 3 years of relevant academic or extracurricular involvement is preferred.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a related field.
