1. Coordinate the Dior Beauty Advisor database and ensure updates.
2. Create an online tool for participant registration for training sessions and follow up.
3. Support event management by implementing and following up on logistics for major training events.
4. Manage the Learning App back office, including registration, data cleaning, and module creation.
5. Analyze Learning App data using PowerBi and provide improvement suggestions.
6. Support trainers with translation tasks.
7. Coordinate and send local printing training tools.
8. Manage training material needs, including planning, ordering, and delivery follow-up.
9. Oversee equipment management necessary for training sessions.
10. Prepare and send training support materials to points of sale as needed.

1. Fluent in French and English, with a good level of German.
2. Hands-on mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Proactive and solution-oriented.
4. Passionate team player capable of working independently.

1. Excellent computer skills, particularly in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
2. High interest in digital platforms and good knowledge of social networks.

Minimum 3 years.
