Parfums Christian Dior Traffic and SEA Expert

- Support the deployment of SEA campaigns across various search engines such as Google, Bing, Naver, and Baidu.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of SEA campaigns across different markets.
- Collaborate with markets to challenge agencies and improve key SEA KPIs through testing, audits, and data analysis.
- Propose and implement optimization strategies for ad copies, landing pages, new formats, and targeting.
- Ensure optimal SEA coverage for each product launch by providing guidelines tailored to local market specifics and aligned with global strategy.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market trend monitoring.
- Develop and maintain a worldwide SEA performance dashboard.
- Assist markets transitioning to e-commerce in deploying their SEA strategy.
- Analyze traffic quality and conversion from acquisition campaigns on Dior.com.
- Work closely with Central Data and Omnichannel teams to build dashboards and implement regular reporting.
- Lead projects focused on traffic performance measurement.
- Degree from a Grande École de Commerce, Engineering School, or equivalent university with a specialization in Digital or E-Advertising.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEA within a competitive environment, ideally in a media agency or e-commerce pure player on an international scale.
- Strong expertise in deploying SEA campaigns and proficiency in Google Ads.
- Ability to analyze large volumes of data and communicate findings to non-expert stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on precision, curiosity, and openness.
- Proficiency in managing priorities and proposing innovative solutions.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a high degree of autonomy.
- Experience with the Chinese market is advantageous.
- Fluency in English is essential.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in SEA, preferably in a media agency or e-commerce environment with an international focus.
Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field with a specialization in Digital or E-Advertising.
