- Collaborate with MOP and Commerce teams to define and implement the trade marketing strategy for assigned accounts.
- Act as the primary trade marketing contact for retail partners to enhance brand desirability and commercial performance.
- Partner with National Account Managers to ensure cohesive trade marketing efforts.
- Recommend and develop events with retail partners, including conventions and promotional events.
- Conduct competitive analysis to inform creative briefs and stay abreast of market trends.
- Supervise the creation of informational and presentation materials for field teams.
- Develop trade marketing POS materials in alignment with central guidelines and brand image.
- Optimize and adapt POS materials to meet specific retailer requirements.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers, managing tenders and contract awards.
- Construct and adapt the POSM plan for accounts, including GWP and window displays.
- Monitor the implementation of operations per location and participate in event setups.
- Conduct post-operation reviews to gather feedback and continuously improve strategies.
- Establish and manage the trade marketing budget for assigned accounts.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (BAC+5) in a relevant field such as business or marketing.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury sector.
- In-depth knowledge of the French retail landscape, particularly in perfumeries.
- Technical expertise in luxury POS material development.
- Strong creative sensibility and initiative-taking ability.
- Excellent organizational and result-oriented skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to analyze market and client data and provide actionable insights.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in trade marketing within the luxury sector is required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (BAC+5) in business, marketing, or a related field.
