1. Develop and enhance in-store visibility with retail partners.
2. Prepare and design sales cards and posters to ready stores for trade events.
3. Ensure the provision of incentives to motivate in-store staff.
4. Accurately inform the field team about trade activities and incentives.
5. Assist in the preparation of monthly reports and competitive analysis.
6. Engage in daily correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.
7. Support the development and execution of the 'retailtainment plan'.

1. Fluency in Dutch and English; French is advantageous.
2. Attention to detail, particularly in a retail context.
3. Strong planning, organizational, and structuring skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); InDesign is a plus.
5. Creativity with a strong sense of aesthetics, capable of understanding and executing brand guidelines.
6. Knowledge of Dior's history and brand ethos.
7. Affinity with cosmetics and Dior products.
