- Collaborate with Product Managers to implement annual launch strategies and develop promotional plans for key commercial calendar dates.
- Design, propose, and execute in-store activations for strategic periods such as Valentine's Day, Mother's/Father's Day, Buen Fin, and Christmas, ensuring unique and memorable experiences.
- Design, negotiate, and implement the annual trade marketing plan aligned with commercial and brand objectives, ensuring proper execution across all sales channels.
- Coordinate the implementation of each event with regional teams, ensuring compliance with global guidelines and standards of excellence.
- Create detailed implementation guides for each activation and effectively communicate instructions to all involved teams (retail, sales, logistics, agencies, etc.).
- Develop qualitative and quantitative reports to evaluate the performance of each activation, including KPIs, sell-out sales, and return on investment.
- Monitor competitor activities and generate strategic reports with photographic analysis and improvement proposals.
- Evaluate performance by axis, franchise, and ranking to identify growth opportunities and propose focused activations.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles, focusing on trade marketing, event development, and in-store activations within the luxury, beauty, or premium consumer sector.
