- Plan and execute trade marketing and CRM initiatives for key retail partners in Switzerland and Austria.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness, offering data-driven recommendations.
- Organize and coordinate exclusive beauty school and skincare suite events, collaborating with multiple stakeholders and agencies.
- Support cross-functional teams to implement Dior’s guidelines for high-profile events.
- Oversee the production and deployment of visual merchandising assets across all multi-brand retail doors.
- Ensure video content updates align with Dior’s global brand guidelines.
- Adapt planograms for Fragrances, Makeup, and Skincare according to central guidelines, using IWD tools.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure perfect execution of merchandising strategies across different markets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor performance, delivering insightful reports and recommendations.
- Provide training and support to local teams for optimal use of Dior’s merchandising tools.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proactive mindset with a passion for luxury, trade marketing, and retail excellence.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Fluency in English, working proficiency in German, French is a plus.
Experience in market research, competitor analysis, or retail merchandising is a plus.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
