1. Understand brand planning, campaign launches, and corresponding assets.
2. Prepare visual merchandising briefings for counters, including visual and merchandising updates.
3. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure impeccable in-store execution.
4. Manage local merchandising productions.
5. Follow up on counter updates and maintenance requests both on-site and off-site.
6. Communicate relevant updates and information with the retail team and counter managers.
7. Assist with Key Commercial Period (KCP) trade initiatives dedicated to Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) points of sale.
8. Monitor competitive activity and industry trends.
9. Maintain and continuously update internal files and SharePoint.
10. Identify and implement efficient processes to improve workflows.

1. Currently studying Marketing, Communications, or Business.
2. Fluent in French and English; proficiency in Dutch is advantageous.

4. Keen eye for detail and accuracy.
5. Creative with a sense of aesthetics.
6. Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
7. Comprehensive knowledge of the luxury beauty market.

No prior professional experience required, but a proactive, hands-on approach is essential.

Currently enrolled in a Marketing, Communications, or Business program.
