1. Understand and implement brand planning, campaign launches, and corresponding assets.
2. Prepare visual merchandising briefings for counters, including visual and merchandising updates.
3. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure flawless in-store execution.
4. Manage local merchandising productions.
5. Follow up on counter updates and maintenance requests both on-site and off-site.
6. Communicate relevant updates and information with the retail team and counter managers.
7. Assist with trade initiatives for Direct-to-Consumer points of sale, such as window projects, pop-ups, and trade animations.
8. Monitor competitive activity and industry trends.
9. Maintain and update internal files and SharePoint.
10. Identify and implement efficient processes to improve workflows.

1. Currently studying Marketing, Communications, or Business.

1. Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
3. Attention to detail and accuracy.
4. Creative with a strong sense of aesthetics, capable of adhering to brand guidelines.
5. Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
6. Comprehensive knowledge of the luxury beauty market and product portfolio.

Beginner level experience is required, suitable for individuals currently pursuing relevant studies.

Currently studying Marketing, Communications, or Business.
