1. Manage daily time tracking for permanent and temporary staff, including absence entry, overtime, and anomaly corrections in collaboration with HR and Payroll Administration.
2. Handle temporary staffing requests, from initiation to contract completion, and manage order tracking with the interim partner.
3. Oversee administrative management of internal authorizations, such as electrical and forklift certifications, and update staff records in the internal training management tool.
4. Participate in optimizing time management processes, interim management, and authorization processes.
5. Contribute to the implementation and regular monitoring of relevant KPIs in time management.

1. Pursuing a Bac+2 level qualification in support functions (GPME/SAM/HR Assistant).

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
